1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Healing Helm’s website, course sanctuary, digital resources, or messaging programs, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

2. Educational and spiritual reflection

Healing Helm courses and materials are provided for education, personal reflection, and spiritual wellness. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, emergency support, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Pause any exercise that feels unsafe or overwhelming and seek appropriate support.

3. Account and course access

You are responsible for using accurate account information and safeguarding course access codes. Course access is personal unless Healing Helm expressly authorizes sharing. We may suspend access that threatens security, violates these terms, or misuses course materials.

4. Private journals

The journal feature is intended for your personal use. Do not use it to store passwords, financial account numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or information you are not authorized to provide. Although reasonable safeguards are used, no online storage is risk-free.

5. Intellectual property

Healing Helm’s course text, prompts, meditations, designs, branding, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Healing Helm. Course access permits personal, noncommercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, or create competing materials from them without written permission.

6. Mobile messaging terms

If you affirmatively opt in to a Healing Helm text-messaging program, you authorize Healing Helm to send the categories of messages described at the point of consent. Messages may include requested information, service and account updates, course reminders, wellness education, customer care, or promotions when separately authorized.
